CBRE has hired Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Victor to lead its tenant representation and acquisition services for occupier clients across the EMEA region.
Victor joins from Cushman & Wakefield’s London office where for the past 10 years he led the group’s EMEA cross-border tenant rep and agency leasing activities. He will be based in London.
This hire follows the recent announcement that Gavin Morgan is to join CBRE after 16 years with JLL to lead investor office leasing in EMEA.
Victor will work closely with Morgan and with CBRE’s local market experts across the EMEA and APAC regions and in the US to secure opportunities for clients.
Victor was vice president and regional leasing director with Boston Properties in San Francisco and later with Cushman & Wakefield before moving to London in 2007.
Martin Samworth, chief executive of CBRE in EMEA, said: “Peter has a proven track record in advising some of the world’s largest corporations and has expertise in coordinating teams across multiple markets. His contacts and expertise in office tenant representation complement Gavin Morgan’s international investor leasing experience.”
