CBRE Global Investors has appointed Jeroen de Grunt as its new portfolio manager for the CBRE Pan-European Core Fund.
De Grunt will oversee the overall portfolio and manage transactions for PEC, reporting to PEC fund manager Richard Everett.
In 2014, De Grunt joined CBRE Global Investors as senior portfolio director in the company’s separate accounts continental Europe EMEA.
Prior to this, De Grunt was senior portfolio manager for Asia/Europe at Bouwinvest Real Estate Investment Management, and before this he worked in KPMG Corporate Finance’s real estate division.
De Grunt supersedes Natali Cooper, who left the company earlier this year.
