CBRE buys Canadian leisure consultancy

CBRE-THUMB.jpegCBRE has acquired advisory firm PKF Consulting in Canada following the purchase of the US business in July.

PKF offers advisory and research services to the hospitality and tourism industry in Canada and will add to CBRE’s ability to deliver valuation and transaction services in the sector, the company said.

Based in Vancouver and Toronto, PWF’s services include market and economic feasibility studies, real estate appraisals and operational reviews, as well as more traditional real estate services.

PKF’s David Larone and Brian Stanford will remain in leadership roles within CBRE.
