CBRE Capital Advisors’ debt and structured finance team has arranged a loan facility for a CBRE Global Investors’ fund on the acquisition of Piazza Duomo 25 in Milan.
Natixis provided the loan.
The debt and structured finance team has now arranged £230m in finance across three deals in 2017.
It arranged the loan facility for the 150,000 sq ft retail and leisure scheme Angel Central and for the Mutual House office in the West End.
