Andrew Gibson, senior director within CBRE’s central London leasing and development team, is to leave the company after more than five years.
He previously spent nine years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he became a partner in the West End leasing team.
His departure follows that of David Erwin, an executive director in the client care team, Mark Routledge, head of national capital markets, who left last month and Nick Martel, head of EMEA retail advisory and transactions, who left in February after 13 years with the agency.
In January, Colliers International recruited former CBRE directors Peter Arduino and Matt Chambers as part of plans to expand its national capital markets division.
