CBRE has completed the acquisition of German company Preuss Gesellschaft mbH and its subsidiaries.
Preuss is a project management services company which focuses on new real estate developments and major refurbishments of existing projects. The company employs more than 100 people, including architects and engineers, who will be integrated into CBRE’s building consultancy group in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.
The deal is CBRE’s second acquisition in Germany, following its purchase of technical consulting firm Valteq in February.
