CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has announced that it is expanding into the Swiss property market, and has selected Geneva-based property consultancy PI Performance Immobiliere as its exclusive partner in Switzerland.
It will be known as CB Richard Ellis PI Performance.
The Swiss company, founded in 1997, has a team of 15 people, with offices in Geneva and a recently opened office in Zurich. It specialises in corporate real estate and structured property transactions throughout Switzerland.
