CB Richard Ellis has expanded its Scottish teams in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Gavin Willins has joined as a director in the firm’s Edinburgh capital markets team having spent the past 13 years at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Willins’ new role will primarily involve acquisition and sales transactions in the east and north of Scotland.
Miller Mathieson, a director at CB Richard Ellis, said: “Gavin’s recruitment will send a strong message to the market that we’re actively recruiting the best talent available.”
In Glasgow, Estelle Forrester has joined the retail agency team as associate director. Forrester has spent the past six years working at DTZ.
Her role will cover all aspects of retail and leisure agency and development.
