CBRE has sealed the deal to buy Norland Managed Services, to become the UKs biggest agent.
Norland provides technical services to commercial buildings in the UK and Ireland, including the Gherkin and Wembley Stadium.
The £250m acquisition, which closed on 23rd December, will boost CBRE’s earnings by £377m, catapulting it to a combined total of £620m – far above Savills’ £399.
