CBRE GI agrees €300m refi

Finance-sector-generic-THUMB.jpegFINANCE: CBRE Global Investors has refinanced the entire €300m (£220m) of debt in its Dutch office fund.

Part of the refinance comes from Pricoa Mortgage Capital as a six-year, €200m term loan against the Amsterdam World Trade Centre.

And €100m comes in the form of a five-year revolving credit facility provided by ING Real Estate and ABN AMRO bank.

The credit facility is secured against prime assets within the portfolio.
