CBRE Global Investors has appointed Eric Decouvelaere as head of retail EMEA.
He joins from McArthurGlen where he served as chief operating officer.
At CBRE Global Investors Decouvelaere will be responsible for the €15.2bn retail platform in EMEA.

CBRE GI has also promoted John Mulqueen, previously head of transactions for EMEA, to head of offices EMEA.
He is replaced as head of transactions EMEA by Frans van Toor, who was previously head of transactions for the Netherlands.
