CBRE Global Investors has made three appointments to its Nordics team.
Andreas Norberg has been appointed head of acquisitions, joining from Kungsleden; Kirstine Holen has been appointed transaction manager Nordics, having joined CBRE GI in September 2014; and Christian Severin has been appointed investment analyst Nordics from Savills.

“With a 10-year track record and a footprint in all four Nordic countries following a recently acquired logistics platform in Denmark, we have ambitious plans to expand the business by leveraging on our existing multi-client requirements for the Nordics over the next five years. In the past year we have transacted over €500m [£364m]for several vehicles active in the region.”
