CBRE Global Investors has appointed Gill Roantree as chief operating officer after Stuart Savidge’s departure in September.
Joining from UK fund manager Mayfair Capital, where she was also chief operating officer, Roantree has more than 25 years in fund management.
In the past 13 years Roantree has spent her career in the real estate sector. Before working with Mayfair, Roantree was COO of Schroders’ real estate investment group based in Jersey and London.
Starting on 7 December, she brings with her experience of fund establishment, structuring, financial operations and corporate finance.
