Stonegate Pub Company has sold three central London freehold sites to CBRE Global Investors through a £30m sale and leaseback.
The St James Tavern in Piccadilly (pictured), Duke of Wellington on Wardour Street, and Admiral Duncan on Old Compton St, all W1, are let to Stonegate on 30-year leases.
The pubs were bought as part of the acquisition of 53 pubs from TCG Group.
