CBRE Global Investors has provided a £52m investment loan for Anthology’s Deptford and Wembley residential schemes.
It has agreed to refinance 150 unsold flats at Deptford Foundry and Wembley Parade. Both developments completed earlier this year.
Anthology was founded in 2013 and is the residential development company for Lifestory Group. It has delivered 700 homes, with a further 950 in planning or under construction.
David Clark, chief financial officer at Lifestory, said: “This new funding agreement gives us the certainty we need to complete the sale of the remaining units as the wider market continues to recover.”
The deal is the first for advisory firm Moorhall Capital, which was established in May and specialises in real estate debt origination, structuring and execution in Western Europe.
