CBRE GI sells Dutch portfolio

CBRE-Global-Investors-THUMB.jpegCBRE Global Investors has sold a portfolio of 33 Dutch assets to Sodify and Royal Properties Group.

The partners paid approximately €60m (£42m) for the 249,310 sq ft of mixed-use assets.

Sodify, a French real estate investor, took 18 retail units and four residential units in the deal.

Royal Properties Group acquired 15 high street shops and supermarkets.

Sodify was represented by Loyens & Loeff; Royal Properties Group was represented by Schut van de Ven; CBRE GI was represented by Houthoff; the real estate broker was DTZ Zadelhoff.
