CBRE has hired Mark Clegg as a senior director in its UK development and residential capital markets group.
Clegg joins from Cluttons where he was head of residential investment projects. Before this he spent 10 years at Knight Frank.
He will help drive the residential capital markets business, advising on PRS development and investment, ground rents and econometrics.
Peter Burns, managing director at CBRE UK, said: “He will add a further dimension to our business, helping to open up new markets across the UK and working strategically across the wider CBRE network.”
