Stevenson joins the agency from boutique firm Adapt Sustainability Consulting, which she founded. Before that, she served as head of sustainability at Capital & Countries Properties, where she managed the implementation of the sustainability strategy across standing assets at Covent Garden and the development portfolio.

In her new role, Stevenson will be responsible for leading and managing the UK investor strategy for CBRE’s 70-strong ESG consultancy team, focusing on delivering sustainability initiatives for funds and investor clients.

She will also be advising clients on climate transition plans, identifying, managing and reporting climate risks, and compiling disclosures with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures and the Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, managing director for sustainability and ESG consultancy at CBRE, said “Amanda joins CBRE with comprehensive knowledge of the sector and a proven track record of winning, leading and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance ESG performance.

“Her appointment will bring substantial expertise to our funds and investor clients, and will further strengthen our ESG consultancy leadership team as we continue to grow our presence in this space.”
