The former London deputy mayor for policy and planning and chief of staff under Boris Johnson will advise CBRE’s One London team, with a focus on public engagement, planning and development.
Lister said: “London has established itself as a global city. However, local authorities still face challenging budgetary restrictions and I look forward to working with CBRE’s experts in funding and development. ”
Lister left City Hall in May. In June he was appointed chairman of the Homes and Communities Agency.
He is also an adviser to the Department for International Trade
Prior to his term in City Hall, Lister served as leader of Wandsworth Council from 1992 to 2011.
