CBRE hires from Montagu Evans for public sector post

CBRE has recruited John Percy from Montagu Evans in a new role to lead its public sector activities in London and the South East. He will report to Martin Guest, the agency’s head of public sector markets, and work alongside the public sector specialists across the country. At Montagu Evans, Percy was a partner in the development advisory service line, formulating property strategies and implementing public-private partnerships. Guest said: “This is a strategic appointment for CBRE as we continue to grow and deepen our public sector capabilities.
