CBRE has recruited Paul Bassi a director for its City capital markets team from Savills.
Bassi, who spend over a decade at Savills, said: “The office market has faced a lot of scrutiny in recent years, but with investment volumes on the rise and investor confidence returning, it’s a great time to be working with investors to find the right opportunities to put their capital towards.”
Last year, Bassi completed more than £200m of transactions and worked on notable deals such as the circa-£60m sale of Aviva’s 1 Bow Churchyard, EC4, the acquisition of The Ivy at West Street, WC2, on behalf of Habro, and Dorrington’s acquisition of 15-23 Lincoln’s Inn Fields.
