CBRE has appointed James Delliere as an executive director to lead office investment in its London Metropolitan and South East team.
Delliere joins from Savills where he spent four and half years as a director in the national investment team. Prior to this he was a partner at Strutt and Parker.
He will be responsible for the strategic growth of South East offices investment, working in partnership with the wider London and regional office investment and agency teams.
Delliere’s clients include M&G Real Estate, Royal London Asset Management, Orchard Street Investment Management, Picton Capital, Palmer Capital and Europa Capital.
