CBRE Hotels has appointed Sean Ludden as a director in its valuation team.
Ludden’s responsibilities will include working for existing UK-based clients.
Ludden began his valuation career in 2002 in central London, primarily undertaking valuations for secured lending across much of the licensed and leisure sectors.
He passed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence in 2004, and then headed a valuation team based in East Anglia.
In 2006, he took a senior corporate hotel valuation role in central London.
After a brief spell focusing on office management and hotel agency, Ludden returned to a valuation role in 2009.
During the past two years, he has been part of a team that has undertaken a number of high-profile hotel portfolio valuations.
