CB Richard Ellis Investors has announced three senior appointments to its Global Multi-Manager business.
Ian Gleeson joins the team as chief investment officer, Scott Brown joins as managing director of the Americas and Stuart Savidge as finance director.
The company said the appointments were part of an expansion of CBRE Investors’ GMM business and follow the recruitment last year of Adrian Baker as managing director of Asia.
GMM managing director Jeremy Plummer said: “The addition of a North American capability, coupled with the recruitment of Adrian Baker to head up GMM’s Asian operation in Singapore last year, gives GMM a global physical presence.”
Ian Gleeson comes from Morley Fund Management where he was head of International Property Multi-Manager, with responsibility for global mandates. He will be based in London.
Brown, who will be based in Boston, will lead the US operation and will be responsible for developing the investor client base and for investments in the US, Canada, Mexico and South America.
He was formerly a principal and head of global real estate at Ennis Knupp + Associates, a US-based multi-asset consulting firm.
Stuart Savidge, who has been appointed finance director. is finance director for Prestbury Investment Holdings.
He will also be based in London.
GMM was formed in 2006 and manages segregated accounts and three funds of funds investing in unlisted property funds, with $5bn (£2.5bn) of assets under management. Its client base is predominantly UK/European.
