CBRE has launched a workplace design tool to help companies find more suitable offices.
Spacer is free to use, includes 2D and 3D floor plans and makes recommendations for desk, office and collaboration spaces.
Lewis Beck, head of CBRE EMEA workplace, said: “Having the right office space is crucial in a competitive market. We created Spacer to help more companies make informed decisions about their workplace environment.”
The tool involves five steps, starting with a 17-question quiz about a firm’s organisational goals and values. At the end of the process, a CBRE agent will locate an office space that matches the firm’s office profile.
