Workplace consultant Property Information Management Services has joined CBRE’s EMEA Global Corporate Services business.
The PiMS team, led by Martin Atkinson, will join Ian Smith, EMEA head of occupier project management, CBRE GCS, and the existing project management team in CBRE’s City of London office.
Smith said: “The property industry is constantly changing with new technology and the analysis of real time data at the forefront of such evolution. The addition of PiMS’ expertise in data management and subsequent change management analysis will enable us to provide a complete set of services to existing and new clients.”
Martin Atkinson, EMEA head of moves, adds and changes, CBRE GCS, added: “We are delighted to be joining CBRE’s project management team.
