A central London director at CBRE has handed in his notice after 13 years.
Ian McCarter, senior director in CBRE’s London office agency team is understood to be joining Knight Frank where he will work closely with the West End team.
He currently advises on a number of high-profile schemes including 240 Blackfriars, SE1, and 10 New Burlington Street, W1.
All parties declined to comment.
