CBRE is launching a flexible office service that will compete with the likes of WeWork and IWG for corporate occupiers.
The New York-listed company has hired Andrew Kupiec, a former Zipcar executive, to head Hana, which will operate as a new wholly owned subsidiary. Its flexible offices offer will be aimed primarily at larger companies.
