The head of office agency at CBRE’s Manchester office has resigned to set up a Liverpool-based niche agency.
Mark Worthington, who moved to Manchester from the Liverpool office in August 2014, has been with CBRE since 2008.
He replaced Manchester office agency director Alex Russell, who moved to Property Alliance Group.
Worthington advised on the recent 40,000 sq ft letting to Gazprom at Ask Development’s First Street, Manchester (pictured).
