CBRE has been appointed to market the Hilton, in Southwark, and the InterContinental, in Westminster, for more than £200m.
The London developments have come up for sale following a dispute between business partners Shiraz Boghani and Bashire Nathoo, founders of Splendid Hotel Group, that has ended up in the High Court.
