CBRE has appointed Richard Howard as an executive director in its West End investor leasing team.
Howard joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he led London leasing for several years and most recently was managing partner for London and the South East. Howard has 29 years’ experience in the sector, specialising in leasing, design development and placemaking in London.
Clients include Related Argent, Arax, Ashby Capital, Hines, Tishman Speyer, CBREIM, Canary Wharf Group, WRE, Derwent London, Delancey, Landsec, Revantage and Yoo Capital.
In his new role, Howard will be responsible for growing CBRE’s prime leasing instruction base, bringing his knowledge, expertise, and client relationships to add to the established team.
