CBRE has poached a senior member of JLL’s corporate consulting team to join its Workplace division.
Carl Blanchard is joining CBRE as an associate director after more than two years at JLL where most recently he was an associate director.
He specialises in advising clients in developing space requirements briefs and real estate portfolio analysis, with a focus on London. Companies he has worked with include KPMG and Orange.
Blanchard will join the business next month and report to Tim Allen, head of Workplace strategies at CBRE
