CBRE has formed a strategic business relationship with Norway-based Disruptive Technologies AS (DT).
The companies will collaborate on opportunities to apply sensor technologies in real estate.
The range of potential applications they can identify, pilot and scale include sustainability, building and facilities operating performance and innovative workplace design.
John Solberg, managing director of CBRE in Norway, said: “This relationship will give us early insight into technologies and applications that have a true potential to deliver efficiencies and add value to our clients’ properties.”
