CBRE has poached Charles Watson, Colliers International’s director of out-of-town retail.
Watson has been appointed senior director in CBRE’s out-of-town retail team.
His clients include Hammerson, Aberdeen Asset Management, Legal & General Property and LxB Retail Properties. In recent years, Watson has advised on deals worth more than £3bn.
