CBRE has promoted Southampton development specialist James Shelley to associate director.
Shelley joined CBRE’s development team in 2006 to work alongside senior development director Mark Budden.
Since joining CBRE he has worked on strategic land acquisitions, disposals and valuations as well as advising clients on medium- and long-term development opportunities across the South Central region.
Budden said: “James fully deserves his promotion, which is recognition of his professional achievements over recent years and his standing in the business community.”
