CBRE recruits JLL’s Phillip Howells

CB Richard Ellis has poached Jones Lang LaSalle veteran Phillip Howells.   Howells, who was a director in JLL’s West End business, will join the firm’s central London team as an executive director.   CBRE’s head of central London, Adam Hetherington, said: “I am very pleased that Phillip has decided to join CBRE.   “His reputation as one of the leading leasing and development agents in the West End precedes him and I believe that his experience and know-how will further add to our market leading West End team.”   Howells said: “This is an exciting time to be joining CBRE.
