CBRE has appointed new heads to lead its central London investment teams.
Ed Bradley and Richard Garside will lead the West End and City teams respectively, which were previously headed by James Hammond and Stephen Pearson.
Bradley has been at CBRE for 12 years, while Garside joined the business as an executive director in May last year from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was head of City investment.
James Beckham, head of central London investment at CBRE, said: “James and Stephen have spent five highly successful and productive years leading the CBRE London investment business, establishing a market-leading dominant share.
“Our task now is to maintain that performance at a challenging time both politically and economically, and to that end James and Stephen will be working with me at a strategic level to plan and navigate the business going forward.
“We are therefore rearranging our internal-facing roles and as a result Ed and Richard will take on the day-to-day responsibility of managing the respective teams.”
