CBRE has moved its Glasgow offices to Glasgow’s central business district.
The global agency has taken the entire seventh floor of Sutherland House, located at 149 St Vincent Street, on a 10-year lease.
CBRE will pay £18 per sq ft for the 4,800 sq ft office, which will house its transactional and consulting teams.
Sutherland House’s location in the heart of Glasgow’s business district would, CBRE said, enable it to better access clients and the developments it works on.
The nine-storey building has recently had its reception and common areas refurbished by landlord F&C Reit Asset Management.
DTZ advised F&C Reit Asset Management; CBRE represented itself. Cushman & Wakefield is also letting agent on Sutherland House.
