CBRE Residential has a formed a specialist boutique development team to provide consultancy and sales advice for niche prime residential development across central London.
The team will be headed by executive director Lisa Hollands and already has a pipeline of more than 40 new development projects to transact over the next two years.
Clients include Aviva, Legal & General, Shaftesbury, Derwent London, Lodha, Dukelease, CapCo and Amazon.
Hollands said: “We identified an opportunity to further diversify the growing CBRE Residential business by giving clients tailored advice on their boutique projects with the aim of optimizing sales. Boutique schemes tend to be in more niche London locations and often involve a range of developer types, such as funds, propcos and SMEs.
