CBRE has added six new directors to its retail team with hires from Savills, DTZ and GVA.
Andrew Goodwin joins CBRE Retail’s development team as senior director, returning to London after nearly seven years in Abu Dhabi.
He was most recently director of real estate at Cornerstone Real Estate and Investment, and prior to that was head of retail, Middle East, at DTZ.
There are five hires at associate director level.
James Keenan joins lease consultancy from CWM, Rob Jones joins shopping centre leasing from Brasier Freeth and Charlotte Wittenberg joins central London leasing from DTZ.
Nuala Tolson joins the Ireland agency from Savills, while Richard Lunn transfers internally to the capital markets high street team.
In addition, Matt Gilson joins the high street agency team from GVA as a senior surveyor.
