CBRE has named Dmitriy Filin as director of property management in Russia.
Filin will report to Alexander Polenok, general director of CBRE in Russia.
Filin has over 20 years’ experience in property and asset management and, prior to joining CBRE, he was the operations director at the Galleria Shopping Center in St Petersburg.
He started his career in 1993 working at Hines International as a tenant co-ordinator and became operations director. During this time he was responsible for the management of properties including Donskoy Posad, Gogolevsky, 11, World Bank building, Park Place Moscow and MEGA Mall.
From 2007 to 2009 he worked at Knight Frank as a director of property management, moving to Mayak Real Estate, a joint venture between Morgan Stanley’s and Marshall Capital Partners, where, as property management director, he set up the in-house property management company for the office complex developed by the Bank of St Petersburg.
