CBRE has been appointed by The Convention Centre Dublin to provide hard services facilities management in a five-year deal.
CBRE will provide electrical, mechanical & fabric maintenance at the centre.
The CCD is a conference venue in the Irish capital which has hosted more than 1,450 events since it opened in September 2010.
The building is recognised as the world’s first carbon-neutral constructed convention centre.
