US real estate broker and parent of CB Hillier Parker, CB Richard Ellis, has announced a strategic alliance with Eziaz, a provider of broadband Internet access and data services.
Eziaz will be able to deliver Internet services to owners and tenants in more than 2,000 commercial office buildings managed by CB Richard Ellis in the US, representing more than 250m sq ft.
“CB Richard Ellis is committed to providing advanced Internet communication services to all of our commercial office buildings,” commented Jana Turner, president of managed services for CB Richard Ellis.
CBRE is also a partner, along with several major US brokers and landlords, in Project Constellation, which will develop broadband services, and is a partner, with Jones Lang LaSalle and Trammell Crow, in Octane, which will provide online procurement and transaction services.
