CBRE has bolstered its regional sustainability team with the appointment of Lucinda Lay as biodiversity net gain lead.
Lay will support the firm’s ESG offering and oversee the delivery of its operations. She will be based in CBRE’s Manchester office, working closely with regional sustainability director Lydia Dutton.
Lay has previously worked at Mitie as head of nature and ESG programme manager, as director of operations for the Innovation Gateway alliance and as sustainability programmes manager for the University of Oxford.
