CBRE inched its way to the top of the EG Radius agent rankings for the West End submarket after transacting 64,078 sq ft office space over 10 separate deals.
Cushman & Wakefield took second place with 53,388 sq ft, while BNP Paribas Real Estate came a close third with 50,571 sq ft. The agent narrowly beat Savills UK, which took fourth place after transacting on 49,274 sq ft of space.
The results were revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
