CBRE taps C&W for senior City capital markets hire

Cushman & Wakefield international partner Sean Howes has resigned to join CBRE as an executive director in its City capital markets team.

Howes’ recent sales include the Mark Lane Estate for DTZ Investors at £82.5m, and 160 Blackfriars Road for Angelo Gordon and Endurance Land for around £80m. 

Recent acquisitions include the Tide development site in Park Street for Barings and LBS Properties for £42.5m, and Friary Court for £65m for Dominvs Group. 

Key clients include HB Reavis, for which he acted on the sale of 20 Farringdon Street for circa £130m and the acquisition of the Worship Square development site for £65m.
