Life Science REIT has appointed CBRE as joint agent alongside Bidwells for its 20-acre Oxford Technology Park in Kidlington.
The REIT is seeking to attract global tech, AI and biotech occupiers. Existing tenants include data business Arcturis, drug discovery firm Native Antigen and battery tech firm Fortescue.
The REIT has a vision to build out the park to cater for businesses of all sizes. The Innovation Quarter has 39,000 sq ft of workspace available and is targeting smaller tech and science occupiers.
Building One, a 34,125 sq ft grade-A office space enabled for laboratory and R&D uses, offers suites starting at 4,000 sq ft.
Elsewhere, tech boxes with labs on the ground floor and offices on the first floor and warehouse space target larger tenants. Current availability spans two tech boxes of 29,599 sq ft and 49,309 sq ft.
The REIT is set to bring forward a further three tech boxes, measuring a combined 96,000 sq ft of flexible space by the end of this year.
