CBRE to buy FM provider Ramot Group

CBRE is buying a majority interest in Israeli facilities management provider the Ramot Group.

Founded by Shlomo Margolin in 1993, the Tel Aviv-based company employs more than 750 people.

CBRE said it will operate as part of it’s global workplace solutions business in Israel and will add a suite of integrated facilities management and specialist technical capabilities.

The deal follows CBRE’s purchase of its affiliate partner in Israel, MAN Properties, in April 2018.

Ian Entwisle, chief executive, GWS EMEA at CBRE, said: “This acquisition adds extensive and complementary market-leading facilities management expertise to our existing GWS capabilities as part of our integrated service offer for our occupier clients.”

The deal is expected to close in Q3 2018.
