Orbit Developments has appointed CBRE’s Manchester office agency team to market 102,700 sq ft of office space in central and south Manchester.
CBRE is marketing 35,000 sq ft at Parkway Business Centre off the A5103 Princess Parkway. The 26,500 sq ft Cavendish House is available in Sale along with 12,000 sq ft at Kingsley Hall near Manchester Airport.
Two separate buildings of 21,500 sq ft and 7,700 sq ft, Southgate 2 and Southgate 3, on Wilmslow Road in Cheadle, are also being marketed.
Senior surveyor Jamie Bottomley said: “These instructions further develop our working relationship with Orbit and enable us to bring a great range of quality office stock to the market at a time when supply in south Manchester is dwindling. The properties all occupy key locations and we are already handling keen interest in this portfolio.”
Orbit Developments is the commercial division of Emerson Group and was established in 1971 by Peter Emerson Jones.
