Mark Clegg is to join Cushman & Wakefield’s residential standing investment team as international partner.
Clegg will join later in the year from CBRE, where he was senior director of the residential capital markets team.
He will be joined by CBRE associate Rufus Morgan and former Savills senior surveyor Lewis Smith, who will join the build-to-rent team.
Candice Matthews, head of residential at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “The continued rapid expansion of this team is a key priority for Cushman & Wakefield’s UK business.
“By leveraging our global strength in capital markets, existing multifamily platform in the US and expanding presence in UK residential, we are creating a market-leading proposition for clients.”
The appointments are the latest in a series of senior hires within Cushman & Wakefield’s residential and alternatives teams. These include Rich Thomas joining the residential development team as a partner from BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Caryn Donahue, also a partner, to head up its UK retirement living team.
